Elevate Your Talent With B Sharp Studio – Seattle Music Teacher Tim

I welcome students of all ages and skill levels to explore guitar, electric bass, and drum lessons. With years of experience, I have developed an effective method to improve technique and expand the musical repertoire. He enjoys working with both kids and adults, including family members or small groups learning together.

For additional resources, visit the Musical Information tab, which includes video links and foundational concepts for guitar playing. Having studied with master teachers in both public and private settings, I am eager to share my knowledge and passion for music with students. For those interested in recording their music, I offer access to a professional recording studio.

All the best,
Tim

B Sharp Studio Philosophy on Teaching

Guitar Lessons, Bass Lessons, Drum Lessons

At Lessons, We Look at:

  • What do you hope to get out of lessons
  • What are your favorite songs or styles of music
  • What are areas to work on – I teach music and apply it to the style of your choosing.

Concerning Lessons, I Feel:

  • The beginner deserves a long runway, patient atmosphere and review,
  • Together we’ll chart a course and pursue it with flexibility,
  • The experienced player who knows what he/she wants has my attention,
  • Feeling satisfied with what you’re learning is the best incentive for more learning.

To Each Lesson,
I Follow and Apply These Points:

  • Present (the lesson content)
  • Encourage
  • Listen
  • Assist
  • Plan
  • Review

I Will Always Do What I Can to
Help Students Grow:

  • Learning the songs and pieces that students want to learn,
  • Providing live performance venues to work towards,
  • Listening to what the student is thinking, besides stating my observations,
  • Giving constructive help, as well as praise for a job well attempted and done.
